Frequently Asked Questions

Can I negotiate my own deal by going directly to the listing broker/agent? Can I purchase a home on my own and not pay the commission or service fee?

Yes, you always have the option to represent yourself, but just like in a court of law, this is not advised.

Most importantly, there is no cooperating agreement between you (the Buyer) and the listing broker. The listing broker has an agreement to represent the Seller. Therefore, you will have no professional representation during the process and you will most likely be subject to paying the full commission to the listing broker. With FeeKeeper, you will have a professional on your side and we will give you 100% of our commission at your closing!
